True North Solutions Promotes Amanda Reitenbach to Director of Project Services

Recently, True North Solutions was proud to announce Amanda Reitenbach’s promotion to the position of Director of Project Services.
In this role, Amanda will be responsible for leading, guiding, and coaching program managers and project managers. She will oversee True North’s Project Management Office (PMO), project planning, executions, and resource allocation; facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment; confirm True North’s project deliverables align with our clients’ strategic business goals; ensure effective management of change and adherence to quality standards; and drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains in True North’s project performance.
A professional engineer and accomplished executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry, Amanda Reitenbach has a track record of successfully delivering transformational change, leading high-performing teams, and facilitating integration and collaboration. She joined True North in 2023 as PMO Manager and has demonstrated exceptional leadership in identifying areas to ensure our project management is aligned with our clients’ business requirements.
