The Government of New Brunswick and Siemens Canada are partnering on an energy audit and optimization at the Southeast Regional Correctional Centre. As part of a pilot project, Siemens will use traditional and digital approaches, including their Building X cloud-based software, to identify opportunities for improvement in operating and maintaining building management systems. The project is intended to optimize and restore performance of air handling units, heating, cooling and water systems, and lighting controls at the facility and monitor and sustain that performance going forward.
