Phoenix Contact Announces Planned Leadership Change

Phoenix Contact Ltd. Canada is pleased to announce a planned leadership change taking place during September and October 2024. Roger Hallett, who has been our President since July 2019 will step down during this period to be replaced by Martin Stephenson

We would like to thank Roger for his leadership over the last 5 years. This has been a period of dramatic growth and organizational development as our company continues to strengthen its presence in the Canadian market. We would like to wish Roger the best with his future endeavors.

We would also like to welcome Martin to our company and look forward to his leadership in the future.

Martin comes to Phoenix Contact Ltd. Canada having served as President of Signify Canada (Philips Lighting), where he also sat as Head of Signify North America’s Connected Systems and Services.

Previously, Martin held the position of Vice President of Process Automation at Schneider Electric Canada for four years. Before relocating to Canada in 2014, Martin had dedicated 15 years to Schneider Electric, holding various senior and executive roles in the UK and Ireland.

Convergix Automation Solutions has completed the acquisition of AGR Automation (“AGR”), a UK-based provider of custom, high-performance automation design and systems integration primarily to the life sciences industry.
