Mouser: TE Connectivity IoT Wireless Vibration Sensors

TE Connectivity’s IoT Wireless Vibration Sensors consist of two options, the 85x1N and 89x1N series, that deliver excellent stability and longevity to industrial monitoring. The 85x1N implements Bluetooth Low Energy, while the 89x1N utilizes LoRaWAN technology, and both series fit seamlessly into tight spaces and diverse environments. The TE IoT Wireless Vibration Sensors offer a wide bandwidth, with superior resolution of up to 10kHz, compared to 4kHz in standard MEMs-based models.

The format features short and long-range reach with edge-computing for user-configurable settings and features. The 85x1N and 89x1N series were developed with harsh environments in mind, providing IP66/67 protection. The sensors are certified by ATEX, NEC, CSA, CE, and FCC. The long battery life combined with the high-stability piezoelectric core design requires minimal maintenance and supplies excellent stability over the long term. Compatible with industrial standard mounting techniques, these wireless vibration sensors can be easily installed in existing locations and machinery.

ADVANCED Motion Controls Takes Servo Drives to New Heights (and Depths) with FlexPro Extended Environment Product Line

Advanced Motion Controls is proud to announce the addition of six new CANopen servo drives with Extended Environment capabilities to their FlexPro line. These new drives join AMC’s existing EtherCAT Extended Environment FlexPro drives, making the FlexPro line the go-to solution for motion control applications in harsh environments.

Many motion control applications take place in conditions that are less than ideal, such as extreme temperatures, high and low pressures, shocks and vibrations, and contamination. Electronics, including servo drives, can malfunction or sustain permanent damage in these conditions.
