Dale Herring Welcomed as the New Chief Operating Officer at Bedford Industrial Automation

Bedford Industrial Automation is pleased to welcome Dale Herring as their new Chief Operating Officer!

Dale knows the industrial world from the ground up. He started as a Red Seal Journeyman Welder and brings more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing and operations, including Alberta’s oil and gas sector. He also holds an MBA from the University of Prince Edward Island. His career has taken him from the tools to leading industrial teams and operations.

He joins Bedford at an exciting time. They are actively recruiting, their teams are growing, their clients are happy, and their reach is expanding into Newfoundland and Labrador and Ontario.

For Bedford Industrial Automation’s people, this next stage means opportunity. Convergix Automation Solutions has completed the acquisition of AGR Automation (“AGR”), a UK-based provider of custom, high-performance automation design and systems integration primarily to the life sciences industry.

Following Convergix’s acquisitions of JMP Solutions in August 2021 and Classic Design in February 2022, AGR marks the third investment in Crestview’s strategy to build Convergix into a diversified automation solutions provider targeting the global $500+ billion market, with a particular focus on the $70 billion global systems integration and connectivity segments.
