Brewers of all sizes want to compete in today’s dynamic market and need simple, standardized operations that can deliver quality brews and keep up with complex consumer demand. Rockwell Automation and McRae Integration, a Rockwell Automation Solution Partner and member of the Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork program, are leveraging their combined strengths to help serve this growing automation market for brewers.
The collaborative solution combines McRae’s carefully developed scalable and repeatable software solutions with the PlantPAx distributed control system from Rockwell Automation. Together, the solution helps breweries enhance quality and consistency, scale up production, reduce production complexities and better manage recipes. In addition, product and solution support, service and training capabilities are available globally.
“We’ve worked with major brewers in Canada for almost 15 years and have heard from customers that they want a more standardized, globally supported approach to brewing automation,” said Andrew Bentley, president for McRae Integration Ltd. “This collaboration with Rockwell Automation allows us to present an innovative and fresh approach to automation for breweries of all sizes.”
“By leveraging McRae’s industry expertise on the PlantPAx platform, we can amplify our combined experience and bring more value to our brewing customers,” said Jim Winter, director, Global Process Business, Rockwell Automation. “This is an exciting outcome of our ability to collaborate and produce scalable, industry-applicable solutions that help improve production, reporting and quality.”
Rockwell Automation and McRae Integration will be demonstrating their capabilities this week at the Craft Brewers Conference, April 30 – May 3 in Nashville, Tennessee. Visit the McRae Integration booth 1660 or click here for more information.
