Tony Simmonds Welcomed as New Sales Manager at Specialized Power Solutions, to Support Sales & Business Development in Alberta

Specialized Power Solutions (SPS) is pleased to announce that Tony Simmonds has joined the company as Sales Manager, where he will be responsible for Sales & Business Development in Alberta.

As part of its continued growth in Western Canada, SPS is expanding its team to ensure continuity, expertise, and strong customer engagement across the region. “This addition to the team reflects our continued focus in Alberta and our commitment to maintaining the level of service our customers expect from SPS,” said Herb Yang, Principal Sales Manager. “Tony’s expertise and leadership will allow us to provide a better support and continue to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions”.

“We are excited to have Tony on board,” said Kevin Parlin, Principal Sales Manager at SPS. “His extensive experience in Western Canada’s electrical industry will help us to continue delivering outstanding service to our clients”.

Tony brings over two decades of senior experience in the electrical industry. Before joining SPS, he spent three years with GE Vernova as Western Canadian Sales Manager, calling on utilities, heavy industrial customers, and OEMs. Prior to GE Vernova, Tony spent eight years with Siemens Canada as Western Canadian Regional Sales Manager for the Low Voltage Product group.

“I am excited to join SPS and work directly with customers in Alberta,” said Tony. “SPS has a strong reputation for service and trusted partnerships, and I look forward to contributing to the team and supporting our client’s success”.
