Take Control with MCPs

More compact than motor control centres (MCCs), MCPs are designed to control a single motor or a small group of motors. Commonly used in industrial applications, commercial buildings, HVAC systems, and smaller installations with limited motor requirements, MCPs are often custom-built and installed directly near the equipment they control. Learn more about how MCCs and MCPs differ to determine which one is right for your project. EB Horsman can help you build an MCP that fits your needs!

MCP Benefits

  • Cost-Effective for Small Jobs: MCPs offer a smart, budget-friendly solution for compact or lower-load applications.
  • Built for Tight Spaces: MCPs are ideal for space-saving installations.
  • Customizable to Fit Your Needs: MCPs can be tailored to match your unique application’s requirements.
  • Quick to Install & Simple to Use: MCPs have straightforward layouts and setup, saving time and effort.

Simplify Panel Building with Busbar Power Distribution Systems

Busbars—metal strips that conduct electricity—deliver power efficiently and safely within enclosures such as MCCs, industrial panels, and switchgear. Instead of using bulky traditional wiring methods, Rittal busbars use copper or aluminum bars. Rittal’s busbar power distribution systems simplify your panel building and bring a bevy of benefits to your electrical projects.

Busbar Benefits

  • Smaller Enclosures: Busbar systems replace bulky wiring and power blocks—reducing enclosure size by up to 50%.
  • Simpler Parts, Faster Builds: With a clear, repeatable setup, busbars speed up assembly.
  • cUL & UL Certified: Rittal busbars are suitable for globally accepted electrical components.
  • Flexible for Any Application: Easily adapt to changing loads or designs without a complete system overhaul.
  • Boosts Safety & Organization: Tidy, structured layouts reduce wiring errors and improve overall system safety.
  • Reduces Costs: Less wiring, fewer errors, and faster builds translate to savings, especially with Rittal’s new clickable busbar distribution system which cut assembly time in half. Learn more about power distribution and how busbar systems reduce control panel costs.
