The LCU CW basically consists of an air/water heat exchanger, fans and the controller. It is used to dissipate heat from network/server enclosures and thus effectively cool the components installed in the enclosure.

Function Principle
- The Liquid Cooling Unit CW is installed in the network/server enclosure next to the 19″ plane.
- The heated air is drawn in at the rear third of the enclosure, cooled via the heat exchanger and blown out again at the front of the enclosure.
