CEF & CEC Series: ABB’s Liquidtight Systems Cable Entry Plates Are Ideally Used for Machine OEMs, Panel Builders, System Integrators & Data Centers

ABB Installation Products T&B Liquidtight Systems Cable Entry Plates are designed to streamline cable organization and routing into industrial enclosures while maintaining liquid-tight ingress protection. These cable entry plates provide an easy and efficient solution to organize cables and are ideal for high-density applications. The cable mounting plates provide an economical solution where high strain relief is not required and are perfectly designed for use in enclosures with limited space.

ABB’s T&B Liquidtight Systems cable entry plates are available in CEF (fixed panels) and CEC (configurable panels) options. Both the cable entry panels are cURus UL recognized and UL 508 compliant. These cable entry panels are ideally used in machine OEMs, panel builders, system integrators, and data centers.

  • For CEF series fixed cable entry panels, the UL Type 4 and 4X rating applies only with cable diameters of 0.2″ (5mm) and greater

CEF Series – Fixed Panels

  • Ultra-flexible entrance membrane provides ingress protection for cable diameters from 0.12″ to 0.51″ (3 to 13 mm)
  • Openings are sealed with or without cables present
  • Can be attached to enclosures of various wall thicknesses using four screws
  • Can be attached to enclosures with wall thicknesses of 0.059″ to 0.079″ (1.5 to 2 mm) by snapping into place

For Terminated or Unterminated Cables

CEC Series – Configurable Panels

  • Designed to accept both connectorized and non-connectorized cables
  • Enable all assembly operations to be completed outside the enclosure
  • Using different center insert combinations, small and large slitted seals may be used together to accommodate a wide range of cable diameters
