Alfredo Balaguera Appointed as New Alberta Distribution Centre Manager at EB Horsman & Son

EB Horsman & Son is pleased to announce the appointment of Alfredo Balaguera as Manager of their Alberta Distribution Centre.

Alfredo joined EB Horsman in the Surrey Branch as a Material Handler and quickly established himself as a dedicated and valued team member. He later transitioned to the Distribution Centre Administration Team at their Distribution Centre in BC before taking on the role of Receiving Supervisor, where he demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement across their distribution operations.

Throughout his time with EB Horsman, Alfredo has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and support operational excellence. His analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and commitment to developing those around him have made a positive impact across their organization.

In his new role as Manager of EB Horsman’s Alberta Distribution Centre, Alfredo will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations while supporting continued growth, operational excellence, and team development. His leadership will help strengthen their distribution network and ensure they continue delivering exceptional service to their branches, customers, and vendor partners.

Alfredo’s appointment reflects his dedication, experience, and ongoing contributions to EB Horsman & Son. His leadership will play an important role in supporting their operations and advancing their commitment to service excellence.
