Endress+Hauser Gas Analyzer Replacement Discount – Save Money, Stay Current & Compliant

Endress+Hauser Gas Analyzer Replacement Discount Allows Users to Achieve Cost-Savings & Compliancy
Endress+Hauser is offering existing users of its in-situ gas analyzers, including older GM32 units, a discount on replacing their current, aging instruments with brand new GM32s.
For the balance of 2026, a 20% discount is available to users upgrading from a GM31 analyzer – a discontinued model still supported by Endress+Hauser – or a 10% discount for replacing an aging GM32 – in service for more than seven years – with a new one. These analyzers provide many years of reliable, trouble-free performance. However, in the latter stages of a long service life, they may begin costing more to maintain or in a deferred maintenance scenario, suffer a loss of reliability that can trigger regulatory non-compliance events or unplanned process downtime. Often, swapping in a new GM32 pre-emptively is the more economical and practical move.
Available in cross-duct and probe versions, the GM32 provides field proven benefits in measuring process or flue stack emissions, with installation simplicity, low operating and maintenance costs, and an automatic self-testing capability. Nor does it require gas sampling lines, gas treatment or measurement containers.
The GM32 provides direct, fast measurement of up to four gases (NH3, NO, NO2, O2, with optional SO2 and H2O channels) as well as the process temperature and pressure, in real time. Surges in emissions can be recognized and addressed well before they breach regulatory limits. Readings on critical flue stack emissions are usually available in two minutes or less.

GM32 analyzers also can provide an excellent return on investment in process control when used to measure nitrogen oxides (NOX) at the intermediate, catalytic reduction stage, such as in a cement plant. Catalytic reduction involves injecting large quantities of ammonia (NH3) water/urea reagent to neutralize NOX. The GM32 provides reliable NOX measurement so the plant operator doesn’t end up underdosing or overdosing with reagent, the former potentially causing a compliance breach and the latter representing an unnecessary cost that can run into millions of dollars in avoidable expense per year.
