Rittal Command Panels: Design, Functionality & Ergonomics

Rittal’s command panels and support arm/stand systems are perfectly coordinated, and may be combined to meet your individual requirements in terms of design, functionality and ergonomics. Command panels in aluminium and carbon steel, support arm systems CP 40/60/120/180 in a choice of materials, stand systems for various siting situations.

Product Overview

  • Comfort Panel: Aluminum housing, high thermal conductivity for optimum passive heat dissipation. Low weight coupled with high stability. Protection category IP65 to IEC 60 529.
  • Comfort Panel – 8015400: Operating housing in a stylish / slimline design made from extruded aluminium sections for effective heat dissipation, with support arm cut-out Ø 130 mm or rectangular 120 x 65 mm to fit support arm system CP 60/120/180, service access from the front or rear, uniform all-round mounting channels for individual installation of accessories without machining, protection category IP65. For the North American market, they have enhanced their product offerings to include additional size options.
  • Operating Housing AX with Handle Strips: The command panel with handle strips based on AX, carbon steel, with support arm cut-out Ø 130 mm to match the support arm system CP 60/120/180, service access optionally from front or rear, aluminum front panel can be easily removed for machining, protection category IP55.
  • Operating Housing AX for Desktop TFT up to 24″: The command panel for table-top TFT up to 24″ based on AX, carbon steel, with integrated VESA 75/100 mount. More effective and appealing protection for standard table-top TFTs up to 24″ in the formats 16:9/16:10. High protection category IP65.
  • Command Panel HD: Monitors, PC and other components with displays are hygienically and securely protected in the command panel. The roof slope of 30° prevents objects from being collected on top and allows liquid to run off quickly.
  • Command Panel Housing with Door Stainless Steel: Operating door for enclosure made from stainless steel 1.4301, (AISI 304) with handle strips made from food-grade plastic. Can be combined with CP40 support arm system, stainless steel.
