New BS-DIN Rail Fixture Improves Ergonomics, Increases Occupational Safety & Saves Valuable Time During Assembly

The ergonomic BS-DIN Rail Fixture mounting device from Phoenix Contact enables terminal strips to be produced conveniently and reliably. Screw-in clamping blocks reliably hold the DIN rail in place, leaving both hands free for assembly.

The rotation and sliding function enables the fixture to be rotated and adjusted flexibly. The view over the work surface is ideal. This also facilitates the convenient mounting of terminal markers. With the integrated measuring scale, the absolute dimensions and relative distances between components can be measured reliably. Additional sliding blocks enable further clamping blocks to be fitted, enabling several small terminal strips to be produced in parallel.

The BS-DIN Rail fixture set includes the mounting rail receptacle, two two-sided clamping blocks for DIN rail clamping and a relative scale for measuring distances. Compatible with the BS-WS Assembly workstation from Phoenix Contact, the fixture improves ergonomics, increases occupational safety, and saves valuable time during assembly. It ensures stability and efficiency during the precision production of terminal strips.
