PSENmgate: Pilz’s New Optimized Generation Safety Gate System – Small & Versatile

The integrated system for safety gate monitoring is already proven in use with PSENsgate. The new, optimized generation PSENmgate now offers even more benefits. Because PSENmgate combines the proven safety locking device PSENmlock with the control elements of the pushbutton unit PITgatebox in just one product! In comparison with its predecessor PSENsgate, PSENmgate is 43% smaller, thus saving important space on your machine.

Please note that the product PSENsgate will be discontinued in May 2026. If you have any questions about the changeover, please feel free to contact Pilz.

Type Diversity for a Wide Application Range

What’s more, with the short and long housing versions, you can choose whether the cable outlet should be upward or downward.

  • Flexible Versions: Choose between upward or downward cable outlet – to suit the installation situation.
  • Efficient Integration: Optimized cable routing simplifies wiring and reduces installation times.
