Weidmüller’s Klippon RailSnapper for direct DIN rail installations is your key to simple and secure fastening of your DIN rail. The clever click mechanism offers you maximum security for DIN rail mounting. But that is not all – Weidmüller’s low installation height allows you to mount with components already snapped on. This allows you to use the entire length of your DIN rail without any restrictions. No more annoying cut-outs for fixing screws and unused space on your DIN rail. With the Klippon RailSnapper you can optimize your processes and create valuable space in your cabinet.

Benefits
- Guided Installation: The mechanism serves as a guide when attaching the DIN rails. It positions the slotted holes of the DIN rail up to the end position on the mounting plate.
- Haptic Feedback: At the end of installation, the Klippon RailSnapper snap into place above the slotted holes in the top-hat rail. The patented click mechanism can be felt and heard during installation.
- Additional Stability: An alternating arrangement of the Klippon RailSnapper with the open side to the left and right ensures additional stability of the DIN rail on the mounting plate.
Variants for Direct Mounting of DIN Rails

Screw Version
The screw version is supplied with an integrated and captive M 3.5 threaded screw with cross drive. During installation, the additionally drilled hole serves as a positioning aid or alignment aid for the Klippon RailSnapper.

Rivet Version
The rivet version is supplied with a corresponding 2.0 mm thick rivet. During installation, the additionally drilled hole serves as a positioning aid or alignment aid for the Klippon RailSnapper.
