IDEAL: Infrared Thermometer Dual Laser (IRT)
The IDEAL Dual Laser Targeting Infrared Thermometer (IRT) is your go-tool for precise, non-contact temperature measurements. With a 12:1 distance-to-spot ratio, its dual laser targeting system uses two red lasers located above and below the IR sensor to outline the area being measured, ensuring pinpoint accuracy. The adjustable emissivity feature further enhances measurement precision, adapting to different surfaces for the most accurate readings. This versatile IRT displays the actual temperature along with four selectable additional measurements (MIN, MAX, AVG, DIF), and features user-programmable HI and LO alarms. JMP Parent Company, CONVERGIX Acquires AGR Automation, Expanding Global Reach
Convergix Automation Solutions has completed the acquisition of AGR Automation (“AGR”), a UK-based provider of custom, high-performance automation design and systems integration primarily to the life sciences industry.
Following Convergix’s acquisitions of JMP Solutions in August 2021 and Classic Design in February 2022, AGR marks the third investment in Crestview’s strategy to build Convergix into a diversified automation solutions provider targeting the global $500+ billion market, with a particular focus on the $70 billion global systems integration and connectivity segments. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
