To top off a stellar year, Rittal Systems Ltd. is delighted to proudly announce their certification as a Great Place to Work following a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute Canada.

Rittal Canada’s employees received and completed a thorough, completely anonymous survey directly from the GPTW Institute. They provided their feedback regarding many factors including Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, Camaraderie, Managerial Index and Overall Perception of their workplace.

The survey also provided employees with the opportunity to comment on anything unique or unusual about Rittal that makes it a great place to work. Employees commented on the great management, and emphasis on work-life balance that is practised and preached from top-down. Others stated that Rittal Canada is like a family where individuality is valued, and everyone is well respected. It was also noticed that Rittal continually strives to improve work conditions with flexible work patterns, paid time off for volunteering and even on birthdays! As one employee commented, “I feel that anything is possible at Rittal!”

More importantly, employees were also given the opportunity to comment on what they would like to change about Rittal to make it a better place to work. These suggestions are carefully reviewed by Rittal’s management team and followed up upon diligently.

René Umlauft, Managing Director Sales, Rittal GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, said, “This year will be the best year in the history of Rittal Canada. A big thanks to the team. Well done! Also, a big thanks to all our partners in Canada who supported us in serving our customers in these difficult times”.

André Bousette, President, Rittal Systems Ltd., said, “It is indeed an honour for Rittal Canada to recognized as a Great Place to Work for the 8th year, following the evaluation by our and own employees who provided their responses anonymously, and voluntarily. I am pleased that our focus on a proper work-life balance, as well as providing our employees with the suitable training and resources to perform their jobs seamlessly, has made a difference. We will continue striving to make Rittal a great place to work with our team and family spirit.”
