SUPER-PAAR-TRONIC-340-C-PUR: High Performance & Robust Command Cable

Sensitive and sophisticated equipment requires durable and reliable cable systems that can handle the high mechanical stress and repetitive movements of automation.

SUPER-PAAR-TRONIC-340-C-PUR Cables with high strand counts, specially formulated insulation and jacket compounds that reduce abrasion and encourage ease of sliding, along with properly angled braided shields to minimize electrical interference ensure that cables can withstand the high continuous-flexing cycle counts that are demanded of automated machinery.

Learn more about the types of drag chain tests HELUKABEL put their cables through to ensure they can withstand multi-million flexing cycles.

SUPER-PAAR-TRONIC-340-C-PUR Application

Stranded in pairs, the SUPER-PAAR-TRONIC-340-C-PUR fully screened special drag chain cable can also be used where external, high-frequency interference influences pulse transfer. It is used for permanently flexible stresses in machine and tool building, in robotics, on constantly moving machine components and for extended use in multi-shift operations.

The SUPER-PAAR-TRONIC-340-C-PUR two-approval cable is preferred for use in export-oriented mechanical engineering, in machine tools, production lines and systems engineering. Allows for extended use in multi-shift operations with extremely high bending stresses. EMC = Electromagnetic Compatibility; in order to optimise EMC properties, HELUKABEL recommends a double-sided and all-round large contact area of the copper braiding.

ADVANCED Motion Controls Takes Servo Drives to New Heights (and Depths) with FlexPro Extended Environment Product Line

Advanced Motion Controls is proud to announce the addition of six new CANopen servo drives with Extended Environment capabilities to their FlexPro line. These new drives join AMC’s existing EtherCAT Extended Environment FlexPro drives, making the FlexPro line the go-to solution for motion control applications in harsh environments.

Many motion control applications take place in conditions that are less than ideal, such as extreme temperatures, high and low pressures, shocks and vibrations, and contamination. Electronics, including servo drives, can malfunction or sustain permanent damage in these conditions.
