MTW Machine Tool Wire Now Available in 1,000-foot Reels at AutomationDirect

MTW machine tool wire is now also available in 1,000-foot reels for gauges ranging from 14 AWG to 22 AWG in various color choices. Existing MTW wire is sold in 500-foot spools for gauge sizes ranging from 20 AWG to 10 AWG in various colors, and in 2,500-foot reels for gauges ranging from 12 AWG to 18 AWG in various colors.

Conductors are bare, annealed copper and the wire outer jacket is color-coded, Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) that is flame-retardant and heat and moisture-resistant. Up to ten solid and four spiral-striped wire colors are available depending on wire size and length.

MTW wire is UL approved, RoHS and CSA compliant and has a one-year warranty.

MTW wire starts at $18.00 for 500-foot reels of 22 AWG wire.

Convergix Automation Solutions has completed the acquisition of AGR Automation (“AGR”), a UK-based provider of custom, high-performance automation design and systems integration primarily to the life sciences industry.
