Littelfuse Launches CPC1343G OptoMOS Solid-State Relay for High-Current, High-Isolation Applications

March 20, 2026 - Littelfuse Launches CPC1343G OptoMOS Solid-State Relay for High-Current, High-Isolation Applications

March 20, 2026

Littelfuse’s CPC1343G OptoMOS Solid-State Relay is Designed for High-Reliability Switching in Demanding Industrial, Medical & Instrumentation Applications

New 60 V, 900 mA normally open SSR delivers 5000 VRMS reinforced isolation and reliable operation up to +105 °C in compact DIP-4 and SMD packages.

Littelfuse has announced the launch of the CPC1343G OptoMOS Solid-State Relay, a compact, normally open (1-Form-A) OptoMOS relay designed for high-reliability switching in demanding industrial, medical, and instrumentation applications.

Built on Littelfuse OptoMOS technology, the CPC1343G combines 900 mA continuous load current, 60 V blocking voltage, and reinforced 5000 VRMS input-to-output isolation designed to meet stringent safety and compliance requirements in a space-saving 4-pin package. Fast switching performance—4 ms turn-on and 1 ms turn-off—enables precise control in modern electronic systems, while a low 3 mA maximum LED drive current ensures compatibility with TTL and CMOS logic without added interface circuitry.

Designed for harsh operating environments, the CPC1343G supports an extended ambient temperature range of –40 °C to +105 °C, exceeding the +85 °C limit common to many competing SSRs. Its solid-state construction eliminates mechanical wear, delivering silent, maintenance-free operation and long-term reliability where electromechanical relays often fall short.

Optimized for Safety, Efficiency & Space-Constrained Designs

With a maximum on-resistance of 0.8 Ω, the CPC1343G minimizes power dissipation and improves thermal performance at higher load currents. The device is offered in both through-hole DIP-4 and surface-mount configurations, simplifying PCB layout and enabling flexible manufacturing options across industrial and medical platforms.

With the launch of the CPC1343G, we’re giving our customers a high-performance solid-state relay that combines reinforced isolation, fast switching, and extended temperature capability. This solution addresses critical reliability and safety challenges in space-constrained designs, helping engineers reduce maintenance, improve system robustness, and accelerate time to market.

Dr. Hugo Guzman, Product Marketing Manager at Littelfuse

FAQs: Learn More About These High-Current Optomos Solid-State Relays

  1. What Makes the CPC1343G Different from Traditional Electromechanical Relays?
Unlike electromechanical relays, the CPC1343G has no moving parts, enabling silent, maintenance-free operation with faster switching, higher isolation, and improved reliability at elevated temperatures.
  2. How Does the CPC1343G Compare to Competing Solid-State Relays?
It delivers higher continuous load current (900 mA vs. ~550 mA), lower on resistance (0.8 Ω vs. ~2.5 Ω), and operation up to +105 °C, providing better thermal performance and energy efficiency.
  3. Is the CPC1343G Compatible with Low-Power Control Logic?
Yes. The device requires a maximum LED drive current of just 3 mA, making it fully compatible with TTL and CMOS logic without the need for additional drivers.
  4. What Applications Benefit Most from the CPC1343G’s Reinforced Isolation?
Medical equipment, industrial controls, instrumentation, and metering applications benefit from the 5000 VRMS reinforced isolation, which supports stringent safety and regulatory requirements.
  5. What Packaging Options are Available?
The CPC1343G is available in through-hole DIP-4 and surface-mount packages, including tape-and-reel options for automated, high-volume production.

Littelfuse Expands Magnetic Sensor Portfolio with High-Precision TMR Angle Sensors

Littelfuse has announced the launch of two new TMR-based magnetic angle sensors – the LF53466 and LF53464 – designed to deliver high-precision 0–360° angular measurement in harsh environments with minimal thermal drift. Both sensors utilize Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology in a dual push-pull Wheatstone bridge configuration, each featuring four high-sensitivity sensing elements, which enable accurate angle detection along the X and Y axes. These sensors offer a compelling alternative to Hall-effect devices by providing exceptional thermal stability, wide supply voltage compatibility, and enhanced measurement precision. The LF53466, housed in a standard TSSOP8 package, offers precision angle sensing with an error of less than 0.8° in the 200–800 Gs magnetic field range. It is ideal for industrial and automotive applications that benefit from stronger mechanical solder joints and ease of inspection—such as steering wheel angle sensors, pedal position sensors, and contactless potentiometers. The LF53464, available in a compact LGA8L package, achieves even greater accuracy—angle error below 0.6°—while enabling wider airgap capability and compatibility with smaller, lower-cost magnets. It is well-suited for space-constrained applications such as rotary encoders, knob and valve position sensing, and consumer devices including power tools and appliances.
