Convergint Technologies Acquires SI Technologies, Inc.

Convergint Technologies announced recently the acquisition of SI Technologies, Inc., bringing further security systems integration expertise to Convergint’s wide breadth of service capabilities.

Headquartered in Albany, New York, with additional locations in Syracuse and Buffalo, SI Technologies is a full-service provider of integrated security solutions, specializing in strategic commercial customers with a large presence in the government sector. All 44 SI Technologies colleagues across its three locations will be bringing their knowledge to Convergint.

Convergix Automation Solutions has completed the acquisition of AGR Automation (“AGR”), a UK-based provider of custom, high-performance automation design and systems integration primarily to the life sciences industry.
