How Actemium Canada as a Rockwell System Integrator Can Help Protect Your Equipment, Shield You from Unexpected Replacement Costs & Minimize Downtime

What does being a Gold Level Rockwell System Integrator mean to Actemium Canada clients?
The obvious answer is that Actemium Canada brings a high level of expertise, knowledge, and experience to every project. But it also means added value in ways many people may not realize, including cost savings on hardware and an extended 3-year warranty.
In my opinion, more valuable than the cost savings is the extended warranty.
OEMs and end users, consider this realistic and possibly optimistic project timeline:
Panel design is near completion and to avoid potential delays the PLC, HMI and VFDs are confirmed and ordered.
- 12 weeks to complete the drawing approval process and to build the panel
- 2 weeks to schedule and perform the Panel FAT
- 1 week for transit
- 4 weeks for installation, machine wiring, and testing
- 2 more weeks to ship the machine, system, equipment, etc.
- Another 2 weeks sitting in receiving at the end user’s facility
- 4 weeks for startup and commissioning
Now that the equipment is in service, more than half of the standard warranty is gone.
Actemium Canada’s CSA/UL certified panel shop and Automation group can help protect your equipment, shield you from unexpected replacement costs, minimize downtime, and by doing so, defend your reputation.
