Hatch Earns Prestigious Recognition as One of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for Eighth Consecutive Year

Hatch is proud to announce it has been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2024.
It is the eighth consecutive year that Hatch has received the honor, reflecting the company’s commitment to fostering a workplace that prioritizes and promotes professional development, leadership excellence, long-term employee relationships, and vibrant community spirit.
The annual award, presented by Mediacorp Canada Inc., recognizes employers across the country that create exceptional workplace environments that include premium health, financial, and family benefits, leadership and skills development, and innovative initiatives to attract and retain talented employees.
Hatch, which is driven by a governing manifesto that is foundational to its culture, provides these programs and benefits to each of its 10,000-plus employees.

This year, the competition’s editorial team identified the robust learning programs that employers offer their employees to emphasize the importance of leadership and professional development. Hatch is proud to have its Manifesto Driven Leadership Program highlighted. The course teaches colleagues what it means to lead with emotional intelligence and compassion, empowering them to succeed in the workplace.
