AI Data Centers: NOARK Electric Delivers Standard Proposals with Speed, Precision & Reliability

In November 2025, NOARK Electric was presented with an opportunity that would test not only its capabilities, but its agility, coordination, and decision-making under pressure.

A global technology and social media company—rapidly expanding its AI infrastructure—issued a request for quotation for pad-mounted transformers and switchboards. The scope was significant: a multi-million-dollar order tied to a new data center project. But what made the opportunity truly challenging was not the size—it was the speed.

The customer expected a complete, technically sound quotation within 48 hours.

In reality, NOARK delivered it the same day.

Recognizing a Real Opportunity

At first glance, the request seemed like many others—urgent, demanding, and highly competitive. But this one was different.

The customer had previously visited NOARK’s factory just weeks earlier. There had been prior discussions, pricing exchanges, and multiple RFQs. This wasn’t a speculative inquiry—it was a serious buyer with a real project and immediate pressure to execute.

Recognizing this early was critical.

Rather than treating the request as just another quote, the team made a deliberate decision: prioritize, mobilize, and respond with full commitment.

Racing Against Time

The clock started the moment the RFQ was received.

Pricing had to be accurate—but fast. Leveraging standardized cost structures for pad-mounted transformers, the team worked quickly with experienced colleagues to validate margins and ensure the quote remained both competitive and profitable.

At the same time, technical specifications had to be confirmed. Engineering support was engaged immediately, and within hours, the required parameters were validated. The relatively standardized nature of the product helped—but speed still required alignment and trust across teams.

Then came production.

Under normal circumstances, lead times would extend well beyond customer expectations. But this was no ordinary project. Direct coordination with the factory made it possible to compress production timelines from the standard 8–9 weeks down to approximately 70 days.

It wasn’t without courage and foresight.

Instead of delaying progress, the team made a calculated decision: proceed with production and certification processes in parallel. It was a bold move—but one that ultimately made the timeline achievable.

Solving the Logistics Puzzle

Even with production accelerated, the biggest challenge remained logistics.

The project required a full Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) solution—covering ocean freight, customs, and inland delivery to the mid-south region of USA. Speed and cost accuracy were both critical.

An expedited shipping route was identified: a 12-day ocean transit to Long Beach.

Rather than waiting, the team proactively engaged the customer’s freight forwarder, securing reliable cost estimates within a day and integrating them into the final proposal.

Once again, speed made the difference.

From Quote to Order

The results came quickly.

From RFQ receipt to proposal submission was completed within the same day. The purchase order followed shortly after, with internal approvals finalized within a few days.

What typically takes weeks was compressed into a matter of days.

Production was initiated immediately, with shipments executed in multiple batches within a short delivery window—ensuring the customer’s aggressive timeline was successfully met.

Winning in a Competitive Field

The total project called for multiple pad mount transformers, with various suppliers competing to meet the demanding requirements.

In the end, NOARK succeeded in winning the majority share of the order.

It wasn’t just a win. It was a breakthrough.

This strengthened NOARK’s footprint in the AI data center segment in North America, positioning the company as a capable and responsive partner in one of the fastest-growing infrastructure markets.

What Made the Difference

Looking back, the success of this project wasn’t driven by a single factor—it was the combination of several critical elements:

  • Delivering Standardized Proposals with Manufacturing Speed: Setting the benchmark outweighing traditional differentiators
  • Smart Prioritization: Focusing resources on a qualified, high-probability opportunity
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Seamless coordination across sales, engineering, and operations
  • Customer Insight: Understanding urgency, pressure, and decision dynamics
  • Disciplined Pricing: Staying competitive while protecting profitability

Above all, it was about execution under pressure.

A New Standard for What’s Possible

This project demonstrates how NOARK Electric delivers standard proposals with speed, precision, and reliability in high-pressure, fast-moving segments like AI-driven data centers, where rapid turnaround is critical.

By combining strong internal alignment, disciplined execution, and a customer-first approach, NOARK proves it is uniquely positioned to meet the urgent, evolving demands of AI infrastructure—making it a trusted partner for customers who require both speed and certainty.

ADVANCED Motion Controls Takes Servo Drives to New Heights (and Depths) with FlexPro Extended Environment Product Line

Advanced Motion Controls is proud to announce the addition of six new CANopen servo drives with Extended Environment capabilities to their FlexPro line. These new drives join AMC’s existing EtherCAT Extended Environment FlexPro drives, making the FlexPro line the go-to solution for motion control applications in harsh environments.

Many motion control applications take place in conditions that are less than ideal, such as extreme temperatures, high and low pressures, shocks and vibrations, and contamination. Electronics, including servo drives, can malfunction or sustain permanent damage in these conditions.
