SITOP PSU8400: Highly Reliable Power & Efficiency

With SITOP PSU8400, you benefit from a highly reliable power supply with IO-Link that puts its value on display – right at the device display and remotely via IO-Link. SITOP PSU8400 has more to offer than conventional power supply units, including more convenience when parameterizing, monitoring, and diagnosing, high power reserves, a small footprint, and an efficiency level of up to 96%.

The Power Supply with IO-Link That Puts Its Value on Display

Siemens_-SITOP-PSU8400-Power-Supply-with-IO-Link

The SITOP PSU8400 communication-capable power supply can be conveniently parameterized and monitored remotely via the integrated IO-Link interface. However, parameterization and diagnostics can also be performed on-site right at the device on the display. SITOP PSU8400 can also be easily expanded using the SITOP buffer, redundancy, and selectivity modules – for maximum reliability and availability.

With the new SITOP SEL1600 selectivity system, also with IO-Link and in the same design, the innovative power supply can be expanded particularly easily and thus offers additional possibilities.

Features

  • Efficiency level up to 96%
  • IO-Link interface with bidirectional communication; power supply unit can also be used without IO-Link
  • Display with four-digit LED indicator (alphanumeric) and three function keys for menu navigation, and for parameterization and diagnostics right at the device with no tools required
  • Three LED indicators for device status, fault states, and communication status
  • Power Reserves (120% up to 45° Celsius)
  • Extra Power (150% for 5 s/min)
  • Power Boost (300% for 25 ms/min)
  • Compact Design (WxHxD): 20 A: 59x145x125 mm; 40 A: 99x145x125 mm

Parameterization, Monitoring & Diagnostics via IO-Link

  • Parameterize & transmit device configuration to SITOP PSU8400 via IO-Link master
  • Plug & Play device replacement
  • Quick & easy parameterization of series machines
  • Export data from SITOP PSU8400 and transfer to the field level
